Photobucket‘Access Denied’ is a solid first attempt for Statement Code. Formed in January 2009, this band's potential is evidently shown throughout these five songs. This E.P may be a quick listen but the use of catchy lyrics (try getting “Superhero” out of your head after the first listen) and melodic keyboards to accentuate the guitar driven pop punk will keep you wanting more.
